Undesignated gifts are applied to the Annual Scholarship Fund, because it is our greatest need. However, if you would like to designate your gift to another area, you may print, fill out and include a Gift Form with your donation.

EFT

Another option is to set up an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), which allows you to make your gift quickly, securely and free of charge each month between your financial institution and Morningside University. To sign up, please complete our EFT form, attach a voided check and return it to Morningside University.

Alternative Donations

At Morningside we believe in giving you all the options to give back. Did you know that you could make a charitable gift after college and even during retirement? Give a gift through a matching donation, the use of securities, or an IRA Charitable Rollover.

IRA Charitable Rollover

You can use your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to make a gift to your favorite charitable organizations, including Morningside University. Individuals age 70½ and older can now instruct their IRA administrators to make a direct distribution to Morningside and exclude the amount of the gift from their gross income for federal tax purposes.

Increase the value of your gift! Many of today's top companies match their employees' charitable contributions. These matches may be dollar-for-dollar or greater. To find out if your company has a matching gift program, please contact your Human Resources department.
